Highlights: Beautifully crafted, aerospace-grade Titanium alloy shells with a mirror polish.  Universal, custom-like, comfortable fit. Premium PWA custom copper cable, with thicker 22AWG wires, Dignis leather case, and AZLA Xelastec eartips, all part of the included accessories. A balanced sound signature with a clear, detailed, natural hi-res tonality, with a deep sub-bass rumble, detailed, balanced mids, and natural, resolving treble.  Immersive soundstage with holographic-level imaging.  Pair-ups well with most portable sources and dongles.

Suited Genres: All-rounder tuning suited for many different genres, such as EDM, Classical, Pop, Rock, Acoustic, and Vocal music.

Impressions:

After the tremendous success with the Maven II Crescent release, UM is back with a new, next-gen version of their Maven IEMs from a Titanium flagship series.  While still keeping the original DNA tuning of Maven II, with its balanced, clear, detailed tonality, Maven III updates it with more delicate and natural musicality, with deeper sub-bass extension, fuller body mids, and more natural, airy treble extension.  Unique Melody was able to accomplish this without compromising on resolution or detail retrieval.  Perhaps not a very drastic change, but a great, tastefully done, fine-tuning adjustment, with a more linear, natural tuning that works well across many music genres.  The solid design and comfortable fit of the shells make them easy to wear and enjoy your music for many hours.  As we expect from many UM releases, regardless of price level, they come with a premium selection of high-quality accessories.
